Abstract
As content acquisition is often conceived of as the primary goal of a museum visit, advice for social studies teachers on making the most of field trips primarily focuses on ways to increase the information absorbed by students. Yet, research in museum studies provides ample evidence for questioning this underlying assumption. This article presents a former museum professional’s view on the educational potential of museum spaces, suggesting critical inquiry is a key skill of museum literacy. First, a historical view of museums shows how society has inscribed the institutions and their content with unwarranted authority. Secondly, an insider’s view of the exhibit creation process raises questions about the nature of the content we are often eager for students to consume. Third, an overview of research in museum studies offers an alternative understanding of the nature of learning in museum spaces. Finally, practical suggestions are given for valuing critical inquiry as part of museum literacy. For social studies educators interested in empowering their students to become reflective citizens, a key component of museum literacy will be critical engagement with not only the narratives on display, but also the institutions that house them.

Abstract
The influence of process heat, with regard to wire‐ and substrate‐materials, on the adhesion of wire‐bonds was investigated. Temperature increases up to 200°C were measured on the interface between surface and wire. This temperature is the basis for demonstrating the important influence of dissipated process heat on the cold welding process of wire‐bonding. Complementary calculations to evaluate the equation of thermal conductivity were carried out using the finite element (FE) method. Bonding tests were able to verify the calculations. These thermodynamical considerations give us a new method to optimize the construction and the choice of materials within the wire‐bond process.

Abstract
Although wire‐bonding is an established and well‐known technique for micro‐joining on leadframes, direct die‐attach without housing on printed circuit boards has some new requirements for the surface of the bond pads and the PCB itself. The best choice of material for the bond pads is a pure gold metallisation. The quality of the surface can be tested during wire‐bonding using the ultrasonic‐power process window. It will be shown that the surface and the PCB itself have a considerable influence on the ultrasonic and thermosonic bonding process.

Abstract
This research is apt to glean the underlying relationships between the perceived restorativeness (PR) and environmentally responsible behaviors (ERBs) transpiring in rice fields. The study site, the Xinkaiyuan Laotian District Cultural Landscape in Eastern Taiwan, has gained its popularity due to its romantic, idyllic setting as a rice field close to Pacific Ocean. The study deploys a questionnaire survey which collects 301 valid questionnaires. For the data analysis, it uses structural equation modeling to test study hypotheses. The study reveals that the compatibility dimension of PR has a significant effect on the general behavior and specific behavior of ERB. However, the other restorativeness dimensions entailing being away, fascination, and coherence show no significant effect. Thus, the ERB is mainly influenced by the respondent's compatibility rather than fascination toward a nature environment. In the concluding section, this study furnishes theoretical and practical implications along with suggestions for future research.
