In response to the strong demand for SMT training at a time when budgets are tight, MYDATA Benelux and UK is now offering its customers innovative and cost-effective unlimited training packages. Companies that take advantage of these unique packages can send as many of their staff as they wish, as often as they wish, to any of MYDATA’s open training courses.
MYDATA has found that many of its customers are starting to see rapid growth in their businesses, while others are seeing experienced staff move on. These factors are creating a big requirement for training at a time when erosion of margins and cost-reduction exercises by end-users are making it difficult for those customers to allocate adequate resources to training.
This is a major concern, because the performance and output of an SMT line is dramatically affected by the knowledge and skill of its operators.
It is to address these issues that MYDATA has introduced its unlimited 12-month training packages, which are offered at a very competitive fixed fee per line per year. To make the packages even more easily affordable, a convenient monthly payment option is available.
The packages provide unrestricted access to any of the 24 open training courses that MYDATA runs each year. These include four-day basic operator training courses, four-day advanced operator training courses and two-day courses on more specialised topics such as productivity software, packages and maintenance.
The courses, which are held at MYDATA’s well-equipped headquarters in Poole, have all been carefully formulated by MYDATA’s experts to deliver practical information and experience that will provide those attending with the skills they need to get the very best performance, productivity and profitability from their SMT lines.
