All muller vitality drinks and yogurts have been enhanced with prebiotics, these act as a food for "good" probiotic bacteria

What is probiotic?

Probiotics are "good" bacteria that can help to maintain the balance of "good" and "bad" bacteria in your digestive system. A hectic lifestyle, poor diet or antibiotics may disturb this delicate balance. All muller vitality drinks and yogurts contains two strains of "good" probiotic bacteria La-5 and Bb-12. –- La-5 Lactobacillus acidophilus may help to maintain your natural defences and –- Bb-12 Bifidobacterium sp, may help to maintain your digestive system.

What is prebiotic?

Prebiotics are non-digestible carbohydrates such as Inulin, that feed the good bacteria that already live in the digestive system.

Research has shown that 5 g of the prebiotic Inulin each day can help maintain a healthy digestive system. One bottle or pot of muller vitality contains 1.5 g of the prebiotic Inulin, 30 per cent of this daily amount. www.feelgoodbacteria.com
