Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd, Ulsan, Korea, and Chemservice S.A., Gre-ven–macher, Luxembourg, have launched the regulatory affairs consulting company, Chemservice Asia Co. Ltd, which is registered in Seoul, Korea.
