Corr-Paint CP2060 is a two part, silicon carbide filled, 100 percent solids, epoxy-novolac, abrasion resistant system used to protect steel components and structures used in aircraft, automotive, chemical processing, foundry, and power generation plants for applications to 500ºF (260ºC).

Corr-Paint CP2060 provides excellent adhesion to marginally prepared metal surfaces and exceptional corrosion resistance. It is resistant to a wide range of chemicals including acetic acid, jet fuel, alcohols, diesel fuel, gasoline, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, toluene and xylene. It also provides good thermal shock, salt spray, and UV resistance.

Corr-Paint CP2060 is a two-part system that is packaged in pre-weighed kits for a 10:8 mix ratio by weight. CP2060 mixes to a thick paste and is applied using a trowel or spatula. It sets and cures fully at room temperature in 24h. Typical film thickness is 50mils for a single coat.

Corr-Paint CP2060 is part of a series of high temperature protective coatings for applications from room temperature to 1,500ºF. Products are available from stock in pint, quart, gallon and five- gallon pails.
