Gemini Techniek (The Netherlands) has appointed Glen Creston Ltd as agents for the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Each installation is custom-built using a combination of standard components.
Gemifill S/T is a stand-alone filling machine, operating volumetrically with one piston moving vertically inside a cylinder, with automatic cleaning cycles. It is self priming with a long life span.
Gemifill C is a fully automatic filling line with a filling capacity up to 5 litres.
Colour King S/T is manual or computer operated dispensing station with a special turning scale construction to enable the system to dispense into containers with smaller diameter than the dispensing head.
Colour King R/T is a gravimetric "In-Can Tinting" dispensing installation with rotating tanks, dispensing a recipe directly into the can, using only one electric motor.
All Gemini products are stated to be explosion proof and highly accurate, flexible, simple to use and easy to clean. In all installations, motors and pumps are kept to a minimum and a pressurised gas system is used wherever possible.
