Staying healthy for the over-50s

The Nutritional Advisory Group for Elderly People, a specialist group of the British Dietetic Association, has produced a new leaflet for the over-50s, with funding from the American Peanut Council. Staying Healthy is an easy to read, colourful leaflet for the general public. It has sections of keeping bones healthy, activity, drinking plenty of fluids, keeping a healthy weight, more flavour, less salt and meals in minutes. All the advice is achievable on a modest budget.
