Keyword: Master Chemical Europe

Master Chemical Europe has introduced a new super-concentrated cleaner and degreaser which outperforms butyl based alternatives. However, TRIM TASK is not just more efficient. It is also free from the noxious compounds commonly found in other cleaners. TRIM TASK is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive has no biocides or chlorinated solvents and negligible VOCs. As a result it is kind to the user and the environment.

This new formulation is ideal for a wide range of uses in the factory, workshop, office and indeed, the home. It removes dirt, grease and grime in seconds and is suited to the toughest of cleaning jobs. Indeed, its efficiency has been confirmed by independent laboratory research. Field trials have particularly identified the efficiency of TRIM TASK in removing carbon residue from car wheels/degreasing machine parts etc.

Safe on all metals and compatible with Master Chemical's TRIM coolants, TASK is supplied in a range of pack sizes to suit the application. These range from handy trigger sprays for general purpose cleaning to multiple litre drums for applications which require greater quantities and concentrations of the formulation. A ratio of up to 1:3 of TASK to tap water is recommended for removing heavy oil and grease; for removing carbon residue a dilution of 1:10; 1:50 for power floor cleaners and ultrasonic, pressure wand and agitated dip washers; 1:100 for steam cleaning, vibratory finishing or de-burring and 1:150 for cleaning machine tool windows, glass and other reflective surfaces.

TRIM TASK joins Master Chemical's growing family of aqueous cleaner concentrates. With a focus on the metalworking industries, these include heavy duty degreasers, oil-splitting spray washing compounds, low-foaming cleaners for "soft" metals, synthetic and emulsion water-based corrosion inhibitors and non-butyl multi-purpose cleaners.
