The ISO 46 and 68 versions may also be used as hydraulic oils.

In addition to the above, the Klüberplast^® range of PTFE-based low friction materials offer an alternative where conventional oils and greases cannot be used because of unusual operating and/or environmental conditions. Klüberplast^® J and Klüberplast^® W2 are USDA H1 approved, whereas Klüberplast‚ LD is suitable for general non-food-contact applications.
