Cedefop study-visit programme

Cedefop study-visit programme

An EU programme of themed study visits, organized by the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop), provides opportunities for groups of between 10 and 12 people to find out more about vocational training in another European country. An important objective is to encourage the exchange of ideas and best practice. General visits provide an overview of training, either for young people or adults, in the host country. More focused visits examine, for example, quality assurance, information and communications technology, or the acquisition of skills in small businesses. Each year, 66 vocational-training specialists from the UK take part in the programme.
