ZINC, IRON AND FOLIC ACID
Abstract
Interest in nutrition has shifted away from the isolated concern with the individual nutrient to the interaction between and among nutrients. Examples of interactions among nutrients include a host of mineral‐mineral interactions of transition series metals with similar orbital configuration and chemical properties.
