CFCs THE WAY FORWARD
Abstract
CFCs are an important group of compounds, the chlorofluorocarbons, often known by the trade name of Freons. The group has some useful properties. They are very stable, non‐flammable and odourless compounds. They have a low toxicity and they are very volatile with a wide range of boiling points.
