Abstract

…We appreciate that in the run‐up to the Budget you've been inundated with “representations” from the nation's business pressure groups. But we nevertheless hope that before you emerge from No. 11 Downing Street with your Despatch box on April 6, you'll have time to consider suggestions from three men with first‐hand knowledge of industry's needs.
