Davy stays its own master
Abstract
From a state of near‐collapse, Davy International underwent ‘surgery without anaesthetic’ to become one of the biggest process engineering and contracting concerns in the world. But the group's remarkable recovery attracted the unwelcome attention of a rival—and it was then that managing director, John Buckley, faced the toughest test of his career. Report by Ken Gooding.
