BICC substantially under‐priced

Abstract

At the time of the announcement, in mid‐March, of its results for the year to end‐December, 1970, the shares of British Insulated Callender's Cables stood 1p above the year's low at 123p. Since that date the shares rose to a new peak of around 167p where the price/earnings ratio appeared to be an optimistic 17.8.
