Not for Novices: Environmental “Studies”
Abstract
Sometimes I wish that the DOS COPY command (or the DIR command) would accept multiple arguments. For instance, how do I copy all the .EXE files and all the .COM files from the current directory to drive A? One way is to use COPY *.EXE A:, then COPY *.COM A:. Here's a way to do the job with just one command. At the DOS prompt, type:
