Lubricating Vehicles in the Antarctic

Abstract

IN HIS PAPER to the Institution of Mechanical Engineers on April 14th, entitled “Performance of Vehicles under Trans‐Antarctic Conditions,” D. L. Pratt, M.A., A.M.I.Mech.E. (the Transport and Engineer Officer with the Trans‐Antarctic Expedition) gave some details of the lubrication requirements and results with their tracked vehicles.
