Abstract

The Board of Donald Macpherson Group Ltd. (“DMG”) announce that DMG has acquired the whole of the issued share capital of Cords & Nordkemper GmbH and its associated company, CONO Belgien, for a cash consideration of circa DM 2.60 m (approximately £600,000).
