The Current Educational Literary Scene

Abstract

Here we have four books that cover most aspects of the teaching profession. It is said that teachers are born and not made. Whatever the truth of that assertion, you cannot discover whether or not teaching is for you until you have tried your hand at the art. Nevertheless reading about teaching can enable you to get a feeling of the sort of life teachers live. As society becomes more complex so the demands on teachers grow, and every decade that passes sees fresh demands made on them.
