Abstract

A new aid to diagnosing organisation communication training needs is now available. Developed by John Adair, the questionnaire Organisation Communication Profile — How to Make a Survey of Communication in your Organisation has been published by the British Association for Commercial & Industrial Education. The 30‐page A5 booklet consists of a questionnaire dealing with both individual and organisational communication needs, followed by notes on analysising the responses. The Profile can be used as a diagnostic aid.
