Suggestion Scheme

Abstract

One of the ideas and methods which technical colleges can usefully borrow from industry is the suggestion scheme. The author, who is now Head of the Science Department at Yeovil Technical College, was at one time Education and Training Officer at Mullards Blackburn Works where he served on the firm's suggestion scheme committee.
