PROBLEMS OF APPRENTICESHIP — 3: The Training of Apprentices
Abstract
Continuing his series, the author queries established views on the nature and structure of apprenticeship, leading on to some thoughts on its modification in length and content. Earlier articles dealt with the problems of definition and selection, and the next, which will continue the subject of the present article, will deal in particular with how training should be carried out, the use of pass‐out tests and the training of instructors.
