CORROSION INHIBITORS FOR ALUMINIUM IN HYDROCHLORIC ACID: Vanilline on aluminium 2S, 57S and 65S
Abstract
So far, the only aldehyde reported in literature for the inhibition of the corrosion of aluminium in hydrochloric acid, is furfuraldehyde. The present article reports vanilline as a corrosion inhibitor for aluminium alloys in hydrochloric acid.
