Adding Microcomputer Feedback to Management Development Courses: The Mach One Experience
Abstract
In the late sixties, and early seventies, a number of management seminars used style models to instruct managers about how best to achieve. Initially, some suggested that there was one best style which would succeed in most situations. However, that approach brought with it controversy, especially from those who believed in situational management.
