HOW TO USE ADVISORY STYLES

Abstract

Increasingly managers are having to be skilled in consulting in order to influence colleagues, superiors, clients, as well as their own team members. The author has published a new book called Managerial Consulting Skills, and here reflects on two important elements of how and when to provide advice.
