CONSEL — Confrontation Search Laboratory — a registered trademark of XICOM Inc. Eleven years ago, Ford Motor Company at Dearborn, Michigan decided to undertake a programme to support and train front‐line supervisors to meet the challenges of their rapidly changing equal‐opportunities environment.
