Abstract
Purpose

Findings
A positive relationship is found between knowledge self-efficacy and KS intentions and between work engagement and knowledge self-efficacy; PSS for strengths is positively associated with work engagement. PSS for strengths use is shown to be positively related to KS intentions through work engagement and subsequently through knowledge self-efficacy.
