Researchers established that supervisor gender does not moderate the relationship between four elements of leader member exchange (LMX) and job satisfaction. But job embeddedness mediated the relationship between the four facets of LMX and job satisfaction. And subordinate gender moderated the mediation of embeddedness between LMX facets and job satisfaction.

The briefing saves busy executives, strategists and researchers hours of reading time by selecting only the very best, most pertinent information and presenting it in a condensed and easy-to-digest format.
