International conference on organizational learning, knowledge, and capabilities (OLKC)
The OLKC conference takes place from April 24-26, 2019, at the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK (https://kmeducationhub.de/international-conference-on-organizational-learning-knowledge-and-capabilities-olkc/). The conference theme for this event is The Human Side of Innovation – Understanding the Role of Interpersonal Relations in an Increasingly Digitised Workplace.
The conference aims to provide a meeting point and welcomes leading scholars, young researchers, and scholar-practitioners to present and discuss their research and practice.
Nineteenth international conference on knowledge, culture, and change in organizations: the new story of organizing
The Organization Studies conference takes place from February 21-22, 2019, at UBC Robson Square, Vancouver, Canada (https://organization-studies.com/2019-conference). The theme of the conference “The New Story of Organizing” focuses on four sub-themes:
Management education;
Change management;
Knowledge management; and
Organizational cultures.
Storytelling or the strategic use of narratives has emerged as a dominant form of influence in many social spheres, including in the areas of organizations and organizing. This conference theme invites presenters to analyze and demonstrate any aspect of effective storytelling related to organizational contexts.
