The company is specialized in providing management, mergers, acquisitions, investments and intercultural management consulting. Consultant specializing in business and investment strategies and projects and intercultural management, he holds a PhD in Intercultural Management, an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MA in Management.
He serves as an advisory board member to a number of top-tier academic journals, including European Journal of Cross-Cultural Competence and Management and Journal of Applied Ethics and Biolaw. He also is a reviewer for number of top-tier academic journals like Journal of Organizational Change Management, Forum Scientiae Oeconomia, Annals of Spiru Haret University – Economic Series and Journal of Economic Development, Environment and People.

He is a consultant specialized in acquisition/merger/restructuring processes, strategic planning and intercultural management.
