Software selection III

Abstract

Software selection features various computer software packages which are of interest to those working in the areas of food sciences and nutrition. Discusses two nutrition education packages – Food Feedback, which is produced by the National Dairy Council and is primarily aimed at health professionals, and the Uncle Ben′s Nutri‐Test, available from Master Foods, which markets the Uncle Ben′s range of products. Discusses the potential uses of the packages and their suitability for different groups of users.
