Abstract
Purpose
While the industry–education integration has achieved significant results, it also faces many prominent problems. The current problems include some projects prioritizing research and development over education, insufficient breadth and depth of cooperation and a lack of quality monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Breaking through these problems to deepen industry–education integration is an important issue that urgently needs to be studied.
Design/methodology/approach
Taking the second batch of 10,283 industry–education integration projects of the Ministry of Education in 2019 as a case study, the problems existing in the Chinese industry–education integration projects are analyzed. We should make full use of the advantages and resources in the era of digital economy to seek the right path to deepen the integration of industry–education.
Findings
The study finds that governments can leverage the advantages and opportunities of the digital economy to deepen the reform of industry–education integration.
Originality/value
The policy suggestion is to deepen the mechanism of multi-party linkage and collaborative education, actively build an industry–education integration service platform and promote the two-way docking of industry education supply and demand.

Abstract
Purpose
As human beings step into the age of information network, big data technology is constantly improving the intelligence level of various agents such as individuals and enterprises. The crowd decision-making of the intellectual community plays an important role in the active participation of many individuals and schools in giving their wisdom, effectively solve the problems of negative internet communication, single publicity media and unprofessional promotion team in WeChat public account.
Design/methodology/approach
This paper aims to optimize the content and improve the effectiveness of network ideological and political education in universities. This study analyzes five highly popular WeChat public accounts at the Central University of Finance and Economics in 2019. It obtains the popularity index of tweets using the WeChat communication index algorithm and finds that the important factors that influence tweet popularity are release time and content value.
Findings
To improve the public account tweets, this study highlights the connection between the tweets’ value and students’ emotional needs, which enhances the value of tweet content in students’ life and provides more original and distinctive content.
Originality/value
This study found that the content and interest of college students are tweet time, tweet value and tweet content. Therefore, the public account of college ideological and political education should be improved from the following three aspects: realizing the connection between the value of tweet content and students’ emotional needs; enhancing the value of tweet content in students’ life and learning; and insisting on the original and distinctive original intention of tweet content.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to create a mathematical model, a numerical algorithm and a computer program for studying the vibration of composite pipelines based on the theory of beams used in the oil and gas industry, agriculture and water management, housing and communal services and other areas.
Design/methodology/approach
A mathematical model of vibration of a viscoelastic pipeline based on the theory of beams with a pulsating fluid flowing through it was developed. Using the Bubnov-Galerkin method, based on the polynomial approximation of deflections, the problem is reduced to the study of systems of ordinary integro-differential equations, the solution of which is found by a numerical method. A computational algorithm was developed for solving problems of vibrations of composite pipelines conveying pulsating liquid.
Findings
The stability and amplitude-time characteristics of vibration of composite pipelines with a pulsating fluid flowing in it are studied for wide range of changes in the parameters of deformable systems and fluid flow. The critical velocities of fluid flow at which the viscoelastic pipe loses its rectilinear equilibrium shape are found. The effect of singularity in the kernels of heredity on the vibrations of structures with viscoelastic properties was numerically studied. It is shown that with an increase in the viscosity parameter of the pipeline material, the critical flow velocity decreases. It was determined that an increase in the value of the fluid pulsation frequency and the excitation coefficient leads to a decrease in the critical velocity of the fluid flow. It was established that an increase in the parameters of the Winkler foundation and the rigidity parameter of the continuous layer leads to an increase in the critical flow velocity.
Originality/value
The study of the vibration of pipelines made of composite materials is of great theoretical and applied interest. The solution to this problem is an effective application of the theory of viscoelasticity to real processes. Therefore, the methods and problems of pipeline vibrations attract much attention from researchers. This study is devoted to solving the above problems and therefore its subject is relevant. The paper considers the results of numerical simulation of the processes of vibration of a composite pipeline based on the theory of shells during the flow of a pulsating liquid through it. A mathematical model of vibration of a composite pipeline was developed. A computational algorithm was developed for solving problems of vibrations of composite pipelines conveying pulsating liquid.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to relate to the real-time navigation and tracking of pedestrians in a closed environment. To restrain accumulated error of low-cost microelectromechanical system inertial navigation system and adapt to the real-time navigation of pedestrians at different speeds, the authors proposed an improved inertial navigation system (INS)/pedestrian dead reckoning (PDR)/ultra wideband (UWB) integrated positioning method for indoor foot-mounted pedestrians.
Design/methodology/approach
This paper proposes a self-adaptive integrated positioning algorithm that can recognize multi-gait and realize a high accurate pedestrian multi-gait indoor positioning. First, the corresponding gait method is used to detect different gaits of pedestrians at different velocities; second, the INS/PDR/UWB integrated system is used to get the positioning information. Thus, the INS/UWB integrated system is used when the pedestrian moves at normal speed; the PDR/UWB integrated system is used when the pedestrian moves at rapid speed. Finally, the adaptive Kalman filter correction method is adopted to modify system errors and improve the positioning performance of integrated system.
Findings
The algorithm presented in this paper improves performance of indoor pedestrian integrated positioning system from three aspects: in the view of different pedestrian gaits at different speeds, the zero velocity detection and stride frequency detection are adopted on the integrated positioning system. Further, the accuracy of inertial positioning systems can be improved; the attitude fusion filter is used to obtain the optimal quaternion and improve the accuracy of INS positioning system and PDR positioning system; because of the errors of adaptive integrated positioning system, the adaptive filter is proposed to correct errors and improve integrated positioning accuracy and stability. The adaptive filtering algorithm can effectively restrain the divergence problem caused by outliers. Compared to the KF algorithm, AKF algorithm can better improve the fault tolerance and precision of integrated positioning system.
Originality/value
The INS/PDR/UWB integrated system is built to track pedestrian position and attitude. Finally, an adaptive Kalman filter is used to improve the accuracy and stability of integrated positioning system.

Abstract
Purpose
Human resource allocation is considered a relevant problem in business process management (BPM). The successful allocation of available resources for the execution of process activities can impact on process performance, reduce costs and obtain a better productivity of the resources. In particular, process mining is an emerging discipline that allows improvement of the resource allocation based on the analysis of historical data. The purpose of this paper is to provide a broad review of primary studies published in the research area of human resource allocation in BPM and process mining.
Design/methodology/approach
A systematic mapping study (SMS) was conducted in order to classify the proposed approaches to allocate human resources. A total of 2,370 studies published between January 2005 and July 2016 were identified. Through a selection protocol, a group of 95 studies were selected.
Findings
Human resource allocation is an emerging research area that has been evolving over time, generating new proposals that are increasingly applied to real case studies. The majority of proposed approaches relate to the period 2011-2016. Journals and conference proceedings are the most common venues. Validation research and evaluation research are the most common research types. There are two main evaluation methods: simulation and case studies.
Originality/value
This study aims to provide an initial assessment of the state of the art in the research area of human resource allocation in BPM and process mining. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first research that has been conducted to date that generates a SMS in this research area.
