Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the concept of new drill bit geometry adjusted to a given composite type. This paper explores the possibility of drilling in composites without negative effects such as: delamination, rapid tool wear, matrix burns, pulling out of fibers, etc.
Design/methodology/approach
Appropriate modification of drill bit geometries applied to composite materials include, among other things: modifications of point angles, reduction of chisel edge width, modification of drill margins and proper preparation of drill bit corners.
Findings
Description of tool geometry for drilling of different types of composites, in particular drilling in parts included free grain surfaces but also drilling at a different angle than 90°.
Research limitations/implications
Geometrical details of the tool for drilling are depended on the type of composite.
Practical implications
Making of montage holes in parts made of composites without negative effects during drilling.
Originality/value
Analysis of the current state of knowledge shows that there are insufficient solutions in terms of new drill geometry for drilling of composites. Existing solutions do not guarantee adequate stability and repeatability of the cutting process. It is necessary to create new geometry drills permit the elimination of negative phenomena during drilling.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to analyze machinability of CFRP, GFRP, GLARE-type composites in drilling process taking into account their features and properties (the geometric characteristics, the volume fraction and the mechanical properties of the individual components of the composite). Drilling in non-plan surfaces and slope drilling.
Design/methodology/approach
The tests were carried out in two stages: perpendicular drilling of materials such as GLARE with special drill bits, and drilling of composite structures with non-planar surfaces made of unidirectional carbon fiber prepregs, using the modified special drill. Measurement of cutting forces and torque, stress distribution (photoelastic method) and a visual assessment of defects occurring during drilling allowed to determine the relationship between the type and geometry of the composite drill.
Findings
Identified great effect of kind of composite on the machinability of these materials has substantiated modification of the standard geometry of drills and matching this geometry to specific properties of the various type of composites.
Practical implications
Drilling of assembly holes for aerospace parts.
Originality/value

Abstract
This research provides accounting-ethics authors and administrators with a benchmark for accounting-ethics research. While Bernardi and Bean (2010) considered publications in business-ethics and accounting’s top-40 journals this study considers research in eight accounting-ethics and public-interest journals, as well as, 34 business-ethics journals. We analyzed the contents of our 42 journals for the 25-year period between 1991 through 2015. This research documents the continued growth (Bernardi & Bean, 2007) of accounting-ethics research in both accounting-ethics and business-ethics journals. We provide data on the top-10 ethics authors in each doctoral year group, the top-50 ethics authors over the most recent 10, 20, and 25 years, and a distribution among ethics scholars for these periods. For the 25-year timeframe, our data indicate that only 665 (274) of the 5,125 accounting PhDs/DBAs (13.0% and 5.4% respectively) in Canada and the United States had authored or co-authored one (more than one) ethics article.

Abstract
This chapter uses findings derived from interviews with 13 Ontario (Canada) secondary school principals to identify conditions that contribute to emotional labor, experienced in their work. Five workplace conditions that heighten participating principals' emotional labor emerged from the interviews, including advocating for students, work intensification, navigating their local policy context, managing workplace conflict and crises or tragedies in the school community. The findings suggest a need to clarify legislated expectations and responsibilities placed on principals to accurately reflect their work and counter the impact of work intensification. Principals could benefit from additional supports to deal with the impact(s) of work intensification, shepherding the school through crises or navigating shifting policy contexts and conflicts in the workplace. Rather than treating the symptoms that result from emotional labor, concrete efforts are needed to change the culture of the principalship in order to maximize the impact of leadership on student achievement.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to introduce a significant modification of the sensitivity maps calculation process using electric field distribution analysis. A sensitivity matrix is typically a crucial part of a deterministic image reconstruction process in a three-dimensional capacitance tomography (3D ECT) and strictly decides about a final image quality. Commonly used sensitivity matrix computation methods mostly provide acceptable results and additionally allow to perform a recalculation of sensitivity maps according to the changing permittivity distribution.
Design/methodology/approach
The new “tunnel-based” algorithm is proposed which traces the surfaces constructed along the electric field lines. The new solution is developed and tested using experimental data.
Findings
To fully validate the new technique both linear and non-linear image reconstruction processes were performed and the criteria of image error estimation were discussed. This paper discusses some preliminary results of the image reconstruction process using the new proposed algorithm. As a result of this research, an increased accuracy of the new method is proved.
Originality/value
The presented results of image reconstruction with new sensitivity matrix in comparison with the classic matrix proved that the new solution is able to improve the convergence and stability of image reconstruction process for 3D ECT imaging.

Abstract
Purpose
The study advances an enhanced model encompassing psychological involvement, denoted as the psychological continuum model (PCM) and perceived customer service quality as intermediaries in the association between subjective customer knowledge (SCK) and behavioral loyalty. The purpose of this study is to assess the mediating role of psychological engagement and consumers' perceived service quality in the relationship between SCK and behavioral loyalty among members of nonprofit sports service organizations. Additionally, the study aims to examine the impact of membership duration on the relationship between consumer knowledge and behavioral loyalty.
Design/methodology/approach
The study used a quantitative research design, and primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 527 members of nonprofit Chinese sports clubs who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was developed to measure all constructs in the intended research model. The suitability of the measurement model was analyzed by performing confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data using AMOS-24.
Findings
The results of the overall direct effect indicate a significant influence of subjective knowledge on perceived service quality, perceived service quality significantly and positively influences psychological engagement; psychological engagement was found to be an important predictor of consumer behavioral loyalty.
Originality/value
The results offer information for nonprofit sports club (NPSC) managers who seek to increase the attractiveness and retention of their clubs' members by establishing the importance of subjective consumer knowledge.

This article describes a university administrator’s leadership experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Drawing upon a blend of authentic and servant leadership frameworks, the author argues that in times of crisis, a leader must focus on “self” and “other” related competencies in order to cultivate a sense of resilience. The author explores and reflects critically upon her short term and long term responses to the pandemic as a leader and discusses implications for helping future leaders build a sense of resilience.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the reaction of Pakistani citizens toward online privacy in the context of the Pakistan Government's COVID-19 app privacy breach.
Design/methodology/approach
The authors implemented supervised and unsupervised machine learning methods, that is, topic modeling and sentiment analysis on Google app store user review data.
Findings
There was no visible concern shown by the citizens toward the COVID-19 app privacy breach, even though it was well highlighted in the news. Other studies have also indicated that concern for online privacy remains low in developing countries, which aligns with the findings of this paper.
Originality/value
Globally COVID-19 apps have been a cause of concern in terms of public privacy. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this paper is the first in the Pakistani context to show the impact of a well-document privacy breach of a government COVID-19 app.
