Abstract
Purpose
Health is one of the most basic human rights. This study aims to examine the pattern of unmet health services needs and barriers to use health services among people with disabilities.
Design/methodology/approach
This cross-sectional study was conducted among people with disabilities in Sanandaj, the capital of a less economically developed province in western Iran in 2020. In total, 548 samples were selected using random sampling, and data were collected using a questionnaire. Chi-square test and Fisher's exact test were used to examine the relationship between independent variables including demographic variables and dependent variables. Statistical tests were performed using STATA software package.
Findings
About 64% and 23% of participants needed outpatient and inpatient services, respectively. The gap between the perceived need and using health services for outpatient and inpatient services was reported to be 55% and 30%, respectively. The main reasons for not seeking the required health care were “insufficient coverage of costs by insurance” and “lack of physical access.” Having supplementary insurance and better economic status were significantly correlated with using outpatient care and having supplementary insurance and type of disability had a significant relationship with using inpatient care.
Originality/value
There was a big gap between the perceived need, seeking for and receiving health services in people with disabilities. Designing and implementing appropriate interventions to reduce barriers on the way of transforming, the need for health services into demand in the population of people with disabilities should be on the agenda of policymakers and relevant managers in the country.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of the white, colored and mixture noise perturbations as Gaussian process on the parameters of the RL electrical circuit including potential source and resistance.
Design/methodology/approach
By adding different noise terms in the voltage and resistance parameters of an RL electrical circuit, the deterministic model is replaced by a stochastic differential equation (SDE).
Findings
Owing to the application of multiple Ito's formula the analytical solutions of resulted SDEs have been obtained. Furthermore, based on a numerical method involving Euler‐Maruyama scheme, the solution of the problem at the point of interest as a continuous time stochastic process has been obtained. Also shown is that the confidence interval for mean of solutions with colored and mixture noises is better than white noise.
Practical implications
Numerical tests via Matlab programming are performed in order to show the efficiency and accuracy of the present work. Numerical experiments show that an excellent estimation on the solution can be obtained within a couple of minutes time at Pentium IV‐2.4 GHz PC.
Originality/value
It is believed that the stochastic model of an RL circuit with colored and mixture noises in potential source has not been studied before. Furthermore, according to latest information from the research works, two stochastic parameters in voltage and resistance of RL circuit including colored and mixture noise processes have been investigated for the first time in this paper.

Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to focus on second grade fluid flow over a rotating disk in the presence of chemical reaction. Uniform magnetic field is also taken into account. Because of the smaller magnetic Reynolds number, induced magnetic field is negligible. Heat equation is constructed by considering heat source/sink.
Design/methodology/approach
Suitable variables are used to transform nonlinear partial differential equations to ordinary ones. Convergent series solutions are attained by applying homotopy analysis method.
Findings
Trends of different parameters on concentration, velocity and temperature are shown graphically. Skin friction coefficient and local Nusselt number are calculated and investigated under the effect of elaborated parameters. An elevation in the value of magnetic field parameter causes collapse in the velocity distributions. Velocity distribution in increasing function of viscoelastic parameter. Temperature and concentration profiles are decreasing functions of viscoelastic parameter. Concentration distribution reduces by increasing the chemical reaction parameter. There is more surface drag force for larger M, while opposite behavior is noted for β.
Originality/value
To the best of the authors’ knowledge, such consideration is yet to be published in the literature.
