Abstract
Purpose
Since passenger safety is critical, aviation maintenance is essential. Aviation maintenance management is changing due to Industry 4.0 (I4.0). According to earlier research, I4.0 technologies improve aircraft manufacturing efficiency and responsiveness through automation, predictive maintenance and process self-optimization. Thus, this study examines I4.0 research and aircraft maintenance's potential interaction.
Design/methodology/approach
Using a text-mining methodology, this paper looks at the state of the art in aviation maintenance research in the I4.0 era. We used the topic modeling approach and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) technique to analyze the abstracts and indexed keywords of 929 research articles on the intersection of aviation maintenance and I4.0, subsequently clustering them into eight topics.
Findings
We have mapped out the emerging research trends at the intersection of “aviation maintenance” and “I4.0 technologies”, and presented suggestions for theoretical frameworks, applied frameworks and future lines of inquiry. This paper makes a theoretical contribution to the systematization of literature on I4.0 technologies in aviation maintenance. It provides valuable insight for managers by exploring the implications and opportunities that arise in light of recent innovations brought by I4.0 in aviation maintenance.
Originality/value
This study focuses on the use of Industry 4.0 technologies in aircraft maintenance processes, contributing to the growing research on digital technology in maintenance and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO). Furthermore, the study's analysis of the LDA topic model provides valuable insights for future research on using I4.0 technologies to investigate specific areas of application in the context of digital maintenance.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of the paper is to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis and systematic review to examine the research landscape of women empowerment through participation in self-help groups (SHGs), identifying the eminent contributors, intellectual communities and future research agenda in the field of SHGs and women empowerment.
Design/methodology/approach
The global works of literature related to the theme of SHGs and women empowerment between 1998 and May 6, 2022 were scanned for bibliometric analysis and systematic review. A total of 176 English language documents from the Scopus database were extracted. Bibliometric analysis is conducted using Biblioshiny and VOSviewer software.
Findings
This study finds that SHGs are paramount in achieving rural women’s empowerment multidimensionally. Found that India is the most contributing country with 136 documents, and Ranjula Bali Swain and Fan Yang Wallentin are the most cited authors in the research field of SHGs and women empowerment. In addition, the paper proposes a comprehensive conceptual framework to portray rudimentary antecedents of women’s empowerment achieved through participation in SHGs.
Practical implications
This bibliometric analysis, along with a systematic review demonstrating a framework encapsulating the principal dimensions of women empowerment and their indicators, will be helpful to practitioners, government, policymakers and researchers working in the area of SHGs and women empowerment.
Originality/value
This study recognizes numerous significant contributions by eminent scholars and presents a concise review of the literature for novice researchers working in the area of SHGs and women empowerment.

Abstract
Purpose
The present research work reviews and maps the thematic evolution of the interface between human resource (HR) practices and service quality (SQ) over the last 33 years.
Design/methodology/approach
The authors employed systematic literature review (SLR), bibliometric analysis and visualization to comprehensively map 215 papers extracted from the Web of Science and Scopus databases. The present study also helps to document the research themes that evolved through co-occurrence networks and thematic maps.
Findings
The study identifies that HR practices are the central drivers for maintaining SQ in an organization and found that teamwork, empowerment, recruitment, selection, training and reward are key for improving the SQ. It concludes the impact of HR practices on SQ, develops the knowledge structure of human resource management (HRM) operations and SQ literature and organizes it under various dimensions as antecedents and outcomes. As its foremost input, the current study proposes human resource practices and service quality (HRPSQ) framework for comprehensive HR practices and SQ in an organization.
Originality/value
The study is unique as it map the journey of HR practices and SQ and proposes a framework for improved performance.

Abstract
Purpose
This paper aims to examine the relationship between perceived investments in employees’ development (PIED) on work engagement and the moderating effects of psychological capital on this relationship for liquid knowledge workers, employed in the Indian cutting and polishing of diamond industry (CPD).
Design/methodology/approach
A questionnaire composed of established scales was administered to 134 liquid knowledge workers. Having established convergent and discriminant validity using structural equation modelling, the model was further analysed using the Process macro to check for direct and moderating effects.
Findings
The research findings suggest that the perceived investment in employee development and psychological contract enhancement (relational and transactional) made by CPD units for liquid knowledge workers positively influenced their work engagement level. The study also finds that relational contract (not transactional contract) positively moderates the relationship between perceived investment in employee development and work engagement.
Research limitations/implications
This is a cross-sectional single source study; future studies could look at longitudinal and multisource perspective.
Practical implications
The study presents a “star matrix of engagement” that guides the application of the two strategies of perceived employee development and psychological contract enhancement for liquid knowledge workers. This has implications for design and implementation of human resource management practices and policies for employee management.
Originality/value
The study makes significant contributions to existing literature on antecedents of work engagement of liquid knowledge workers by examining the direct and moderating influences.

Feminist contributions to debates on gender, poverty, and social justice have deepened our understanding of the ways gender as a structuring principle of social life and an embedded hierarchy of values produces different concepts and experience of poverty as well as adds new meaning to the idea of “human flourishing.” Gender inequality remains a major barrier to human development; the disadvantages facing women and girls are a major source of inequality; since women and girls are discriminated against in health, education, political representation, and labor market, which has negative repercussions for development of their capabilities and their freedom of choice, remaining far away from social justice (Nussbaum, 1995). Recent statistics show just how far societies are from achieving gender equality. In the above backdrop, the chapter focuses on the position and status of women in India in the realm of gender equality, poverty reduction, and social justice as well as the public actions viewed from India's perspectives. At the same time it highlights the importance of global actions in an endeavor to establish gender equality, breaking the chain of poverty trap and establishing social justice along with their fallouts in the subsequent years.

Abstract
Purpose
This paper aims at erosion wear experimentation conducted on two piping materials, namely SS202 and SS304 to establish the effect of rotational speed, concentration and time period.
Design/methodology/approach
Erosion wear because of slurry flow is investigated using a slurry erosion pot tester. Fly ash is taken as erodent material having different solid concentrations lie in range 30 to 60per cent (by weight). Experiments are performed at four different speeds, i.e. 600; 900; 1,200; and 1,500 rpm for time duration of 90, 120, 150 and 180 min, respectively. To enhance erosion wear resistance of both piping materials, high-velocity-oxy-fuel coating technique is used to deposit WC-10Co4Cr coating. The parametric influence of erosion wear is optimized using Taguchi method.
Findings
The results show that significant improvement in erosion wear resistance is observed by deposition of WC-10Co4Cr coating. It is observed that rotational speed is found as highly influencing parameter followed by concentration and time duration. Parametric investigation of erosion wear is helpful to develop a procedure for minimizing the erosion wear in pipeline for the flow of solid-liquid mixture.
Originality/value
Slurry erosion wear of WC-10Co4Cr coated stainless steel (SS202 and SS304) is substantiated by extensive microstructural analysis and optimization technique.

India has a serious poverty issue that needs to be addressed immediately. The elimination of poverty should be one of the primary goals of economic policy. The elimination of poverty is one of the greatest obstacles to economic development as it is now envisioned. It is difficult to provide a blanket recommendation for achieving economic growth and reducing poverty because each state's experience has been distinct. The states of Punjab and Haryana are two examples of how a strong emphasis on agricultural expansion can help alleviate poverty. Human resource development has been successful in Kerala; thus, it has been replicated in other states. While India's social safety programmes have helped to alleviate poverty, they aren't perfect. COVID-19 reversed the progress made and harmed migrant workers and others in the informal economy. There are now millions more people living in extreme poverty than before. To tackle unemployment, governments and underprivileged communities are appealing to programmes like MGNREGA.
The purpose of this article is to investigate the measures taken by the state to combat poverty.

Purpose
Industries throughout the world have gone through four phases of the industrial revolution. Today, the authors are encountering the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0 or 4IR), which is characterized by the application of information and communication technologies in the industry. This study aims to evaluate the growth of literature in the context of libraries and the Fourth Industrial Revolution and then identify the active research actors, countries, affiliations and sources and the status of collaboration across various geographical locations.
Design/methodology/approach
A systematic literature review was conducted. The data were extracted from the Scopus database incorporating scientometric and altmetric indicators. The search terms were TITLE-ABS-KEY “Industry 4.0” OR “4IR” OR “Fourth Industrial Revolution” AND “Library 4.0” OR “librarian 4.0” OR “libraries” OR “library” OR “library service” without any limitation. The results identified 218 documents out of which 67 core documents are related to libraries. Analysis was performed using MS Excel and VOSviewer.
Findings
South Africa, Nigeria and South Korea were the three most productive countries in the field. Library Hi Tech News is the most productive journal. Collaboration among African countries like South Africa, Nigeria and Zimbabwe seems to be good and they constituted the largest share of documents. The research on the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the context of libraries still lacks social media attention.
Originality/value
This study is the first systematic review in this area using a combination of scientometrics and altmetrics. The results will serve as a valuable reference for future researchers and policymakers.
