Abstract
Purpose
Encouraging green consumption is a proven strategy for supporting destination sustainability. Nonetheless, extant research approaches destination sustainability mainly from an economic perspective. In this study, we explore the effectiveness of destination social responsibility (DSR) as a way to encourage green consumption among tourists from a social interaction perspective.
Design/methodology/approach
We used a mixed-method approach with two studies (i.e. a scenario experiment and a survey) to test our hypotheses. The scenario experiment included four versions of a narrative scenario with 40 samples each, and 421 valid questionnaires were obtained in the survey.
Findings
Our findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between DSR and green pressure. And DSR positively influences tourists’ green product purchase behavior (GPB). Tourists who have a high fear of negative evaluation (FNE) experience more pressure when exposed to DSR than those with low FNE.
Originality/value
This study sheds light on the mechanisms through which DSR influences tourists’ GPB from a stress transaction perspective and also offers practical implications for tourism marketing and destination management.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine how the experience of the top management team (TMT), such as industrial experience and functional experience heterogeneity, affect corporate social performance (CSP) and whether TMT faultlines act as a moderator.
Design/methodology/approach
To examine the effect of TMT experience on CSP, this study uses upper echelons theory as theoretical background, and data are selected from 212 Chinese high-polluting companies with A-shares from 2012 to 2016. The dependent variable is lagged by one year from 2013 to 2017.
Findings
Industrial experience both positively influenced CSR and negatively influenced corporate social irresponsibility. Functional experience heterogeneity had an inverted U-shaped effect on responsible behaviors and a U-shaped effect on irresponsible behaviors. Meanwhile, TMT faultlines played a moderating roles in the relationship between TMT experience and CSP, in which faultlines reinforces the non-linear relationship between functional experience heterogeneity and CSP.
Research limitations/implications
The existence of impact paths between TMT experience and corporate social performances must still be examined. Other moderators need to be verified.
Practical implications
The important ways to promote more corporate responsible behavior and reduce irresponsible corporate behavior is to choose the right team members. During team formation, it is important to have experience in related industries and select team members with different functional experiences. Companies can consider hiring executives who tend to work together and have relevant experience, which can reduce the time cost of unnecessary conflicts.
Originality/value
This study combined the upper echelons theory with some attention perspectives to study the impacts of TMT experience on CSP.

Abstract
Purpose
This paper aim to solve the problem of low assembly success rate for 3c assembly lines designed based on classical control algorithms due to inevitable random disturbances and other factors,by incorporating intelligent algorithms into the assembly line, the assembly process can be extended to uncertain assembly scenarios.
Design/methodology/approach
This work proposes a reinforcement learning framework based on digital twins. First, the authors used Unity3D to build a simulation environment that matches the real scene and achieved data synchronization between the real environment and the simulation environment through the robot operating system. Then, the authors trained the reinforcement learning model in the simulation environment. Finally, by creating a digital twin environment, the authors transferred the skill learned from the simulation to the real environment and achieved stable algorithm deployment in real-world scenarios.
Findings
In this work, the authors have completed the transfer of skill-learning algorithms from virtual to real environments by establishing a digital twin environment. On the one hand, the experiment proves the progressiveness of the algorithm and the feasibility of the application of digital twins in reinforcement learning transfer. On the other hand, the experimental results also provide reference for the application of digital twins in 3C assembly scenarios.
Originality/value
In this work, the authors designed a new encoder structure in the simulation environment to encode image information, which improved the model’s perception of the environment. At the same time, the authors used the fixed strategy combined with the reinforcement learning strategy to learn skills, which improved the rate of convergence and stability of skills learning. Finally, the authors transferred the learned skills to the physical platform through digital twin technology and realized the safe operation of the flexible printed circuit assembly task.
