Abstract
Purpose
The paper aims to design a process to mechanize traditional chasing and repoussé which is the art of creating an artistic pattern on a sheet metal by making high and low points through utilization of hammer and chisel. In scientific literature, it is a kind of incremental sheet metal forming.
Design/methodology/approach
In the designed process, a magnetic actuator is used as a hammer which converts electric energy into kinetic reciprocal impact energy, and hammering sequence is completely controlled via the designed software. The sheet is bound not to move easily. Then, a hammering mechanism is connected to the numerical control machine. As the magnetic hammer is moved gradually along the defined path, the sheet is chased gradually by controlling the consecutive impacts. Different methods of test sheet entanglement are also discussed to reduce noise and undesired deformations of sheet, and indents are also clarified.
Findings
The designed mechanism enables the user to form desired art patterns faster with more precision via the automated process. The hammering sequence is controlled via computer successfully. The designed magnetic actuator could be commercialized easily. Experiments show that the pitch under sheet is the best. Typical art patterns are chased successfully.
Originality/value
In incremental sheet metal punching, there was no control on hammering sequence before. In this process, the designed magnetic hammer is quite controllable. Also, it is easily attached to the computerized numerical control (CNC) and is suitable for commercial use. Furthermore, the stuff under sheet was not taken into consideration before.

Abstract
Ranging from the romanticism era to the postmodern paradigm and the experiential approach, this chapter reexamines the fundamental roots of the consumption experience concept while addressing the conceptualizations and nature of customer experience. In this context, the concept of customer experience in the tourism field is outlined. We set out to readdress the essence of the customer experience in the light of the consumer value (CV) as a relevant empirical ground to study it. Hence, this chapter revisits the intricate epistemological and methodological connection of the customer experience to CV. This leads to a rediscussion of the key role of customer introspection approach while outlining the narration side in studying this intimate connection of both concepts in the tourism field.

Abstract
Purpose
Despite the widespread recognition of the significance of entrepreneurial innovations in driving financial success and building firms' competitive advantage, there is a lack of empirical investigation into their impact on organizations. This research paper aims to address this gap by exploring how entrepreneurial innovations can contribute to firms' competitive advantage and the mediating role of entrepreneurial thinking in this relationship. To answer these research questions, this paper utilizes the resource-based view (RBV) of the firm and the dynamic capabilities view (DCV).
Design/methodology/approach
The study employed a quantitative research design, and survey data were collected from 102 chief executive officers (CEOs) of Jordanian manufacturing companies in various industries. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypothesized relationships.
Findings
The findings of this study suggest that there is a positive and significant impact of entrepreneurial innovation and thinking on the competitive advantage of firms. The authors also found that entrepreneurial thinking positively mediates this relationship. This study’s results support the RBV and DCV perspectives, which suggest that firms need to leverage unique resources and capabilities and develop dynamic capabilities to achieve a sustained competitive advantage.
Originality/value
The significance of this study lies in its contribution to the literature on the relationship between entrepreneurial innovation, thinking and competitive advantage. While previous research has explored these concepts separately, this study integrates them into a comprehensive framework that highlights the mediating role of entrepreneurial thinking in the relationship between entrepreneurial innovation and competitive advantage.

Abstract
Purpose
Every nation celebrates their Independence Day as a grand celebration by the whole country together. The purpose of this study is to identify the people’s emotions and sentiments about their country at the time of Independence Day celebration through the analysis of social media messages.
Design/methodology/approach
To collect data from Twitter now which is known as “X”, this study used python computer programming language. Total 119,151 tweets were collected, and sentiment analysis was done based on the polarity score and Latent Dirichlet Allocation to understand the sentiments of public. The topic modelling was also done in this study, where topics and categories were created based on the words found through the Latent Dirichlet Allocation.
Findings
The result of this study revealed that people have the respect towards their country and are always ready to come together for the nation. They also feel proud to be a citizen of an independent nation. Therefore, they celebrate their country’s Independent Day every year with joy. Every nation needs a dynamic leader to lead the nation, whom people can trust easily and follow blindly.
Practical implications
The result of this study can be generalised as everyone supports and respects their nation and the national flag. This study is practically useful to other researchers to conduct similar study of sentiment analysis and topic modelling on other counties’ patriotism or other campaigns at national or global level.
Originality/value
As a result, this study contributes to understand people’s respect towards the nation. This study also showed people’s positive response at their leader’s request. There are many studies done on topic modelling and content analysis, but this is the first and original work attempted on the special subject on national patriotism campaign to the best of the authors’ knowledge.
