Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to present the computational modeling of second-order two-dimensional nonlinear hyperbolic equations by using cosine expansion-based differential quadrature method (CDQM).
Design/methodology/approach
The CDQM reduced the equations into a system of second-order differential equations. The obtained system is solved by RK4 method by converting into a system of first ordinary differential equations.
Findings
The computed numerical results are compared with the results presented by other workers (Mohanty et al., 1996; Mohanty, 2004) and it is found that the present numerical technique gives better results than the others. Second, the proposed algorithm gives good accuracy by using very less grid point and less computation cost as comparison to other numerical methods such as finite difference methods, finite elements methods, etc.
Originality/value
The author extends CDQM proposed in (Korkmaz and Dağ, 2009b) for two-dimensional nonlinear hyperbolic partial differential equations. This work is new for two-dimensional nonlinear hyperbolic partial differential equations.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to propose a numerical scheme based on forward finite difference, quasi-linearisation process and polynomial differential quadrature method to find the numerical solutions of nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation with Dirichlet and Neumann boundary condition.
Design/methodology/approach
In first step, time derivative is discretised by forward difference method. Then, quasi-linearisation process is used to tackle the non-linearity in the equation. Finally, fully discretisation by differential quadrature method (DQM) leads to a system of linear equations which is solved by Gauss-elimination method.
Findings
The accuracy of the proposed method is demonstrated by several test examples. The numerical results are found to be in good agreement with the exact solutions and the numerical solutions exist in literature. The proposed scheme can be expended for multidimensional problems.
Originality/value
The main advantage of the present scheme is that the scheme gives very accurate and similar results to the exact solutions by choosing less number of grid points. Secondly, the scheme gives better accuracy than (Dehghan and Shokri, 2009; Pekmen and Tezer-Sezgin, 2012) by choosing less number of grid points and big time step length. Also, the scheme can be extended for multidimensional problems.

Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to analyze risk profiles of projects based on project characteristics and provide key managerial insights.
Design/methodology/approach
A total of 37 project cases from engineering and construction (E&C), information system/technology (IS/IT), and new product development (NPD) sectors with detailed information on project characteristics and risks were identified from published literature. An integrated framework was developed to analyze the prominent risk categories associated with novelty, technology, complexity, and pace (NTCP) project characteristics.
Findings
Within-sector analysis revealed that schedule, resource, and scope risks are the most prominent risk categories in E&C, IS/IT, and NPD projects, respectively. Similarly, interesting key insights have been drawn from detailed cross-sector analysis, depicting different risk categories based on NTCP project characteristics.
Research limitations/implications
The findings are based on the case studies adopted from the literature that provides details of project characteristics and risk profiles.
Practical implications
Depending upon the risks associated with different project characteristics, an integrated framework developed in the study can be used for the development of highly authentic risk management plans at the onset.
Originality/value
This is one of the earliest studies to provide an integrated risk framework for projects based on their NTCP characteristics. The two contrasting perspectives of within-sector and cross-sector analyses were adopted. Overall, the study will enhance the future preparedness toward risks.

Collaboration and preference for teamwork play a fundamental role in strengthening practical completion of team tasks. An organizational culture should facilitate learning systems where knowledge creation occurs through socialization. The purpose of this study is to develop a moderated mediation model, investigating the conditional indirect effect of co-worker support on the relationship between preference for teamwork and communities of practice.
Design/methodology/approach
Questionnaire survey was conducted via Google Forms to collect data from 210 employees working in the private and public sector in India. Hayes PROCESS macro models were used for analyzing the mediation of personal interaction and moderation of co-worker support.
Findings
This study showed evidence regarding the mediating role of personal interaction on the relationship between preference for teamwork and communities of practice. Co-worker support moderated the relationship between personal interaction and communities of practice. It also moderated the conditional indirect effect.
Practical implications
The results approve the substantial role of preference for teamwork in influencing personal interaction and communities of practice. The mediating role of personal interaction on preference for teamwork and communities of practice can lead to creation and sustenance of communities of practice. Furthermore, the moderating role of co-worker support as a conditional indirect effect shows that social support and exchange can lead to social learning.
Originality/value
Theoretical explanations and analytical approaches provide insights into the relationship between the preference for teamwork and communities of practice through a conditional indirect effect, a one of its kind of a study.

This chapter critically evaluates the opportunities and challenges in adopting information technology for enhancing transportation in developing countries. The conception framework emerging from this study highlights four key stakeholders and the country context in developing and integrating information technology for improving transportation in developing countries – Tech developers, Transporters, Transport Tech start-ups and Travellers. This study makes cogent theoretical contributions to the growing body of works around technological innovation, smart mobility and intelligent transport systems, albeit from a developing country perspective. This study has also emerged from managerial implications for stakeholders, especially the tech developers, transporters and transport tech start-ups. There is a need for innovative ideas to address the inherent transportation challenges in Africa, and the customers are counting on these stakeholders to make the technology readily available and accessible.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to consolidate the fragmented research on augmented reality (AR) as a marketing tool and provide a comprehensive understanding of its possible marketing applications.
Design/methodology/approach
The study conducted a systematic review and bibliometric analysis of 103 papers on AR-marketing to identify the most prevalent topics and conceptual frameworks. Performance analysis and science mapping were utilized to examine the key marketing domains influenced by AR.
Findings
The analysis revealed that AR has had the biggest impact on marketing domains such as consumer acceptability, customer interactivity, retail, and destination marketing.
Practical implications
The results of this study provide organizations with insights into the current state of AR-marketing, enabling them to successfully use AR to improve their marketing strategies. Furthermore, the study highlights potential areas for further research and development in AR for marketing.
Originality/value
This research offers a valuable, comprehensive overview of AR’s role in marketing by systematically reviewing and analyzing the existing literature. The findings open doors for organizations and researchers to explore AR’s potential applications in marketing strategies and future research opportunities.

COVID entered the world in 2019 as a pandemic and the intensity of this health crisis is only increasing in several regions. Therefore, it is critical to study and detect the public's frame of mind, government and economists' perception regarding the COVID crisis, as well as the primary worries that the public has expressed, and how this evolves over time. Responsive measures towards COVID-19 from the Indian economy have been explored as a key objective. Moreover, efforts have been made to explore recovery in India through economists and policymakers. Data have been explored through online interviews of key economists which were published in leading newspapers and covered through media channels such as NDTV, CNBC, etc. Moreover, various newspapers and reports were explored to understand government initiatives to address COVID-19 in India. The study's findings show how essential economic recovery from the second wave is in India, and how it may be achieved by strong fiscal and monetary policies, as well as specific attention to impoverished households, small and micro-businesses and increased employment. The short-term focus of the developing economic strategy must be on giving crisis relief to the most unprotected segments of society since long-term system stimulation is impossible.

The emerging industrial revolution referred to as Industry 5.0 is focusing on leveraging human creativity with intelligent and autonomous systems to derive user-friendly work environment for the businesses. Industry 5.0 stresses on people centric work ecosystem, zero accident policy and the well-being of labour within the production processes. This approach of Industry 5.0 to obtain human-centric safety solutions through the deployment of digital technologies deduces workplace accidents and costs leading to the development of Safety 4.0. This chapter aims to investigate the opportunities and challenges of Safety 4.0 and its enabling technologies aspiring towards the greater impact on safety management. Further, we have proposed a framework for the role of human centric digital transformations concerning safety in the manufacturing industry propelling Safety 4.0. Concluding, we discuss the implications for managers and practitioners. We found that Safety 4.0 will strengthen industrial safety, and instead of reacting to accidents, the concept evolved towards a preventive and proactive approach for a healthy industrial ecosystem.

Countries such as India, China and South Korea contribute significantly to this area, and recent forecasting allows the need to increase in emerging markets. The adoption of AI-driven technologies and amplification of gamification in marketing services are new phenomena.
