Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to investigate the effect of copper and titanium micropowder addition on the mechanical and metallurgical properties of additively manufactured low-carbon steel, aiming to produce a modified (multiphase) steel with ferritic low-carbon steel using in situ micropowder addition during wire arc direct energy deposition (WA-DED).
Design/methodology/approach
A robotic arm equipped with a GMA welding source deposited ER70S6 filler wire on AISI S235 substrate steel using WA-DED. Cu and Ti micropowders were interspersed between layers for microstructural modifications. Microscopy, spectroscopy, diffraction and mechanical testing were used to evaluate the properties of the deposited samples.
Findings
Incorporating Cu and Ti micropowders significantly enhanced the yield and tensile strength of the deposited material, showing an 83% increase in yield strength and a 33% increase in tensile strength. Microstructural analysis identified key phases such as ferrite, pearlite, bainite, retained austenite and martensite/austenite, with Cu and Ti acting as grain refiners. Nanoscaled Cu precipitates contribute to enhanced low-temperature toughness and a 150% improvement in impact strength at −30°C.
Originality/value
This study presents a novel approach to overcome the limitations of the available alloys (filler materials). This can be achieved by introducing in situ micropowder alloying during the WA-DED process. The micropowder addition allows altering the properties of the deposited material without changing the parent filler material itself, achieving the desired composition. With this approach, there is no need to manufacture the filler material with the preferred alloy composition separately and then carry out the deposition process.

The learning outcomes are as follows: understand the operating model of a not-for-profit organization; gain knowledge about the significance of an organizational structure to successfully run a not-for-profit organization; learn the socio-cultural implication of yog through BYS; and learn the applicability of growth and business expansion strategy in the case of a not-for-profit organization.
Case overview/synopsis
This case covers the innovative operating model of Bharatiya Yog Sansthan (BYS) – a not-for-profit organization which offers free service towards the society through yog. BYS was a not-for-profit organization that survived for long without accepting donation in any form. They had more than 3,500 Yog Centers in 21 States and 2 union territories in India and more than 60 Yog Centers in foreign countries. They were the only not-for-profit organization which had operated such a huge number of Yog Centers across the world. Des Raj became the face of BYS after the demise of the founder Mr. Prakash Lal. While adhering to the core principle of the founder, the list of challenges in front of Mr. Des Raj and other yog enthusiasts’ associated with BYS was long. There arise no questions regarding the level of commitment and dedication of Des Raj and his team. They had left no stone unturned to bring BYS into the lime light and perhaps this is the reason because of which BYS had stood for more than fifty years. On one part they were strictly against commercialization and on the other part, they wanted to reach every household. Was it truly challenging for them to reach people without spending money on promotion? Was it really difficult for a not-for-profit which survived without donation to establish it as a brand?

Abstract
Purpose
The outset of the COVID-19 pandemic caused disruptions of all forms in the supply chain globally for almost two and a half years. This study identifies various challenges in the effective functioning of the existing supply chain during COVID-19. The focus is to see the disruptions impacting the energy storage supply chains.
Design/methodology/approach
The procedure entails a thorough analysis of scholarly literature pertaining to various supply chain interruptions, confirmed and verified by experts working in an energy storage company in India. These experts also confirmed the occurrence of more disruptive factors during their interviews and questionnaire survey. Moreover, this process attempts to filter out the relevant causal disruption factors in an energy storage company by using the integrated approach of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Findings
The results provide practical insights for the company management in planning and devising new strategies to manage supply chain disruptions. Supply chains for companies in other industry sectors can also benefit from the proposed framework and results in making them more robust to counter future disastrous events.
Originality/value
The study provides an easily adaptable decision framework to different industries by closely examining supply chain disruptions and identifying associated causes for building a robust supply chain focused on the energy storage sector. It examines four disruption dimensions and investigates possible outcomes and impacts of disruptions.

Abstract
In India, one in 500 people (Balaji, 2019) are diagnosed with ASD. Around 40 non-governmental organizations cater to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children; out of that, a few organizations focus on adults providing them vocational training to make them employable. One such exercise was initiated by SAP Labs India, a leading software company, and Enable India, an Indian NGO where they developed a focused training program for people with ASD and placed them in vital technical jobs in SAP Labs India (Karwa, 2016). First, we peek into the lifestyles of a few successful neurodiverse rock stars in India and their journey from becoming aware of their profile to establishing a career and becoming a role model to other people with ASD. Second, we present the autism landscape in India. Third, we explore the organizations that have hired people with ASD, their policies connected to neurodiversity, and the organizations that give training and support. Fourth, we present the potentials and the challenges people with ASD face. Fifth and final, we cover the role of different stakeholders to foster support and up-skill people with ASD for better community development.

Abstract
Purpose
It has been believed that entrepreneurship involves a lot of risk nowadays, yet it is assumed that not being entrepreneurial can be a bigger risk. Enhancement in entrepreneurial behaviour can improve performance of the individual as well as that of the organization. This paper aims to propose a conceptual model that empirically examines the relationship of role satisfaction and its dimensions with entrepreneurial behaviour in an Indian context.
Design/methodology/approach
Three hundred and thirty three executives/managers from many organizations in India were approached. Cronbach's α, factor analysis, correlation and regression analyses were applied to check the research hypotheses.
Findings
It was found that most of the variables in the study were having significant relationship. All the hypotheses were supported. Furthermore, achievement, influence, control and affiliation were found to be important predictors of entrepreneurial behaviour.
Research limitations/implications
This paper would help researchers and practitioners to work on these variables in some other cultures and nations also.
Practical implications
Improvement in role satisfaction will enhance the entrepreneurial behaviour among Indian business executives/managers which will improve the overall performance of the organization.
Originality/value
It is an innovative attempt to utilize role satisfaction to improve entrepreneurial behaviour in an Indian framework.
