Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to reflect on the future of work dimensions through the new concept of inclusive organizational behaviour (IOB) and its practices.
Design/methodology/approach
This work is a reflective concept development paper that focuses on new dimensions of organizational behaviour (OB) exploring IOB practices in the new workplace which can broaden the concept of OB that fits into the future of work.
Findings
The IOB practices will adapt and help in adapting to the new work dynamics that can create more humane and stimulating workplaces, thereby benefiting society at large. Individual positive psychological traits, team dynamics and a fusion of digital corporate culture with a human-centric approach and sustainability are highlighted in the redefined IOB, expanding the concept of OB from the three levels of analysis (individual, group and the entire organization’s behaviour) in the new normal post-COVID situation.
Research limitations/implications
Limited research studies are being conducted to investigate the future of work dynamics in the new standard post-COVID environment, which is dominated by digitization. The lack of literature and the changing situations that impact OB are the limitations.
Practical implications
Corporate houses, policymakers and leaders who understand the workplace dynamics in the post-COVID scenario can effectively leverage the insights from this work and may chalk out a road map for future work through IOB practices.
Originality/value
This research extends knowledge pertaining to IOB practices and the changing dynamics that need to be followed in the future OB practices.

Abstract
Purpose
The existing gaps and knowing about the truth inspired the researchers to select this area and to know more about various initiatives taken for their liberation by an individual self-propagating effort, the faith-based communities, the government, the organizations dealing with educationalists as researchers, banking, media and the revealing role of women in handling poverty concerns.
Design/methodology/approach
The current study is compiled after the review of seventy-seven research articles. This study adopted a descriptive research design essentially because it appears more appropriate for the study. Data were collected mainly through the secondary sources such as electronic databases like Scopus, Web of Science, EBSCO, Google Scholars. The study is conducted through a qualitative approach.
Findings
Hence based on the extensive literature review and its synthesis, this research work explores the meaning of poverty, its effects, root cause, measurement tools, associated theories and models and stakeholders' role in poverty alleviation.
Research limitations/implications
This study reflects that there is a huge gap in designing standardized tools that can bring more income equality, ethics in operations, cooperation and environmental sustainability.
Practical implications
For poverty alleviation, individuals need to work towards perfection and improving their own skill sets. Leading Faith groups encouraging individuals about their divine duties to help the poor community and promote debt forgiveness. Government provides funds to develop certain tools and app that can help in checking the distribution of wealth. Banks to introduce flexible microcredit scheme education sector need to develop more financial literacy and innovative thinking courses. Social media and Information communications technology (ICT) provide connectivity services with high affordability.
Social implications
Poverty will remain be an ongoing societal challenge if not handled by various stakeholders strategically by contributing in their own fields with their unique ideas.
Originality/value
The proposed idea explained through qualitative inquiry promotes compassion and hope needed for poverty alleviation through various stake holders.

Abstract
Purpose
This paper aims to examine the self-efficacy beliefs of first-year accounting students and investigate the sources of self-efficacy beliefs for both female and male students. The goal is to provide insights to help lecturers support the academic success of accounting students.
Design/methodology/approach
The study involves analysing data from 184 accounting students who reported on four sources of self-efficacy beliefs: enactive mastery experience, verbal persuasion, vicarious experience and physiological and affective states.
Findings
The study reveals that male students are primarily influenced by prior experience and physiological and affective states, while female students are mostly influenced by prior experience and verbal persuasion.
Practical implications
Educators can use these findings to design more effective interventions and support systems that enhance students’ self-efficacy and, consequently, their academic performance and overall learning outcomes.
Originality/value
This paper contributes to the development of theory in the underexplored area of self-efficacy beliefs among accounting students. It provides insights on the differences in sources of self-efficacy beliefs between genders and provides valuable evidence for educators to support student success in learning accounting.

Abstract
Purpose
This study examined the role of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in facilitating the accessibility and usability of electronic resources (e-resources) in academic libraries.
Design/methodology/approach
This study employed a quantitative descriptive survey to collect data from library users. The population targeted was sampled using a purposive sampling technique. A total of 427 (58%) participated in this study.
Findings
Most respondents preferred electronic journals (e-journals) among the e-resources stored in academic libraries. Chatbots were identified as preferred AI tools for accessing and enhancing the usability of these resources. Strategies mentioned included the potential for integrating AI tools across various e-resources. However, among the challenges reported was the inability to integrate AI tools with the existing library management systems. Improving e-resource discovery and access can significantly enhance the effectiveness of AI tools in academic libraries.
Originality/value
Originality in the context of AI applications in academic libraries refers to the unique approaches, innovative tools and creative solutions that enhance the accessibility and usability of electronic resources. By focusing on unique solutions that enhance the accessibility and usability of e-resources, these libraries can better serve their diverse user populations and adapt to the evolving landscape of information needs.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine how fluid flow and heat transfer are affected by the influence of hybrid nanofluids flowing across a stagnation zone of a stretching curved surface. Stagnation point flow has garnered considerable attention over the past few decades. This is because many technical applications, such as the cooling of nuclear reactors and rotating equipment divisions, rely on stagnation-point flow.
Design/methodology/approach
A thorough analysis is conducted of the impacts of several regulating parameters on fluid flow and thermal performance, including the radiation parameter, heat source parameter, mixed convection parameter, porosity parameter curvature and nanoparticle concentration. The laws governing the field of flow equations are transformed by similarity substitutions into two nonlinear ordinary differential equations, which are then solved numerically using Maple. The MR-Solve technique in the built-in Maple package was used. The MR-Solve technique was used to numerically solve highly coupled ordinary differential equation problems. This approach produced highly precise and consistent results. It also provides the best performance while using a minimum amount of CPU and the shortest phrases.
Findings
The main conclusions of this study show that axial velocity drops, while radial velocity increases as the mixed convection parameter increases. The rate of heat transmission and skin friction is higher for hybrid nanoparticles with volume fraction percentile (0.01–0.03) than for those with volume fraction percentile (0.1–0.3).
Research limitations/implications
Further research on this topic could examine a broader range of parameter values, suction/injection, entropy, mass equation, micropolar fluid, ternary hybrid nanofluid and Newtonian heating flow on a curved stretching surface.
Practical implications
By investigating a novel physical design that combines the various effect with stagnation flow, this study adds value and offers insights and prospective improvements in the discipline of heat fluid mechanics. Mathematical modeling or experimental studies in a variety of multiphysical contexts can be used to achieve this. Heat exchangers, crystalline procedures, microelectronic machines, systems for conserving energy, integrating operations, food manufacturing, climate control, purification and other engineering domains can all benefit from the geometric configurations investigated in this study. The results of this study greatly aid in optimizing thermal performance in a variety of application domains. This study is novel because it compares several volume fraction percentiles.
Originality/value
A stretching curved surface’s stagnation zone is traversed by hybrid nanofluids, offering insights into how curvature affects heat transfer and fluid flow efficiency. The results aid in the design and improvement of the energy transfer efficiencies for a range of commercial and biological purposes. The results offer possibilities for increased efficiency in a range of applications by developing hybrid nanofluid flow control methods and helping to create ideal thermal systems.
