Abstract
Purpose
Cyberbullying has become one of the reasons behind the increase in psychological and medical problems. A need to prevent recurrences of cyberbullying incidents and discourage bullies from further bullying the victims has risen. This problem has attracted the attention of all stakeholders across the globe. Various researchers have developed theories and interventions to detect and stop bullying behavior. Previously, researchers focused on helping victims, but as the times have changed, so has the focus of researchers. This study aims to analyze scientific research articles and review papers to understand the development of the knowledge base on the topic.
Design/methodology/approach
This study analyzes the performance of literature on cyberbullying perpetration (CBP) using the widely accepted bibliometric analysis techniques: performance analysis and science mapping. The study is based on a dataset extracted from the Web of Science database. Initially, 2,792 articles between 2007 and 2022 were retrieved, which were filtered down to 441. The filter was based on various criteria, but primarily on CBP. VOSViewer and MS Excel were used to analyze the data. In addition, VOSViewer was used to create “bibliometric citations, co-citations, and co-word maps.”
Findings
The findings include publication and citation quantum and trends, the top 20 active countries, the most significant research articles and leading journals in this domain. Major themes or clusters identified were “Cyberbullying and victim behavior,” bullying behavior, adolescents and intervention, “cyberbullying associations,” and “cyberbullying personality associations.”
Originality/value
The study is unique because it analyses research articles based on cyberbullies, whereas past studies explored only the victims' side. Further, the present study used the Web of Science database, whereas most studies use the Scopus database.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this study was to understand how social media marketing activities (SMMA) influence consumers’ perceived value of online-to-offline food ordering experiences, subsequently affecting satisfaction and intentions to visit physical establishments.
Design/methodology/approach
Data from 845 participants was collected using a purposive sampling technique. Covariance-based structural equation modeling was then applied to assess the conceptual model and its hypotheses.
Findings
Analysis of the structural equation modeling showed support for all hypotheses. SMMA exhibited positive effects on trust, hedonic value and utilitarian value, while these in turn positively influenced the use of online-to-offline food delivery services (O2O-FDS). In addition, results indicated a positive effect of O2O-FDS use on omni-channel restaurant satisfaction which then led to increased intentions to dine in at physical restaurants.
Practical implications
Results suggest that engaging SMMA and O2O-FDS builds trust and encourages in-person visits.
Originality/value
Results from this study build upon the literature by shedding new light on the links between the effects of SMMA, trust, perceived value and consumers’ intentions to visit physical restaurants after using the O2O-FDS. In addition, consumers’ perceived trust, as well as hedonic and utilitarian values, mediate the effect of SMMA on O2O-FDS.

Abstract
Purpose
With the pandemic reshaping healthcare delivery, telemedicine has emerged as a vital solution for overcoming access barriers, particularly in resource-constrained settings. Hence, this study explores the key drivers behind the sustained use of telemedicine services in low-income countries during the post-pandemic period.
Design/methodology/approach
Using a quantitative research approach and purposive sampling technique, 273 valid responses were gathered from participants in Bangladesh. A comparative analysis utilizing partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) were conducted to ensure greater accuracy.
Findings
The PLS-SEM analysis revealed that expectation confirmation and perceived ease of use positively influence satisfaction. Similarly, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use directly impact Attitude toward telemedicine services. However, perceived usefulness and perceived security were not significantly associated with satisfaction and attitude toward telemedicine services, respectively. The findings highlight that user satisfaction drives continuance use intention for telemedicine services, but only when it also cultivates a positive attitude toward telemedicine services. While the PLS-SEM findings indicate that perceived usefulness has no significant relationship with satisfaction and perceived security is not significantly associated with attitude toward telemedicine services, the fsQCA results offer a different perspective. fsQCA reveals that perceived usefulness retains a significant association with satisfaction and that perceived security, regardless of whether its effect is high or low, is equally effective in contributing to the intention for continuous telemedicine use. These findings underscore fsQCA’s ability to provide deeper insights into the complex causal relationships among the antecedents.
Practical implications
The findings provide valuable insights for hospitals, doctors and telemedicine providers on retaining existing users. Additionally, governments can leverage this information to address healthcare disparities between urban and rural areas. The study also identifies strategies to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of healthcare services.
Originality/value
This study advances telemedicine research by employing the extended technology continuance theory (ETCT) alongside a hybrid analytical approach that integrates PLS-SEM and fsQCA. It highlights that telemedicine organizations can boost patient confidence and encourage continued use by enhancing satisfaction and cultivating a positive user attitude. The innovative use of ETCT and the combined methodologies provide a comprehensive analysis, offering actionable strategies to retain telemedicine users in low-income countries during the post-pandemic period.

Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to test the nurses’ authentic leadership’s direct and indirect impact on job satisfaction and intent to stay through work-to-family conflict (WFC) in health-care organizations.
Design/methodology/approach
Data were gathered at three different time points from 262 nurses employed in public hospitals across Bangladesh. Hierarchical regression analysis using structural equation modeling and PROCESS Macro were used to test the hypotheses.
Findings
Findings disclosed that nurses’ authentic leadership impacts job satisfaction, intention to stay and WFC. Moreover, WFC is identified as a mediator in the relationship between nurses’ authentic leadership and job satisfaction and intent to stay.
Research limitations/implications
Due to the cross-sectional nature of the study, it does not establish a causal relationship among the study variables.
Practical implications
This research helps health-care managers understand the necessity of developing nurses’ authentic leadership. By implementing training, development and mentoring programs, organizations can cultivate authentic leadership among the nurses’ supervisors, which ensures higher job satisfaction and intention to stay.
Originality/value
Although many studies exist on the influence of authentic leadership on nurses’ work-related outcomes, still no study explored the relationship between authentic leadership and WFC. Moreover, the study explores the indirect effect of authentic leadership on job satisfaction and intent to stay through WFC, which was ignored in earlier studies.
