This is the web site of The International Association for Biometrics (iAfB), a professional non-profit organization, formed with the aim of providing a forum for the European and International Biometrics Community.
A list of company members, publications and activities would be helpful to anyone wishing to further their knowledge of biometrics. This is an up to date nicely laid out, easy to use web site.
The Biometrics Consortium is a US based site. The Biometric Consortium serves as a focal point for research, development, testing, evaluation, and application of biometric-based personal identification/verification technology. There are masses of information on this site containing an extensive set of links to other sites involved in biometrics. This is a useful site to visit for anyone involved in biometrics.

This is the site of www.findbiometrics. com it claims to be the “complete identification verification resource”. It is an easy to use site helpfully split into a number of subject areas:

The Biometric Information Directory provides online access to current biometric industry information. It is updated every day and claims it is “the only directory of its kind in the marketplace”. The directory contains over 540 organizations providing a wide range of biometric products and services.
It is a subscription service but you can log on as a guest and get access to some of the information available. This is a good site to look at if you are looking for company information and activities.
