2013 EFMD Executive Development Conference

9th October 2013 to 11th October 2013, Stockholm, Sweden

“For the first time in 2012, it was decided to open the EFMD Executive Development conference to both business schools and companies. We decided to invite three large corporate client representatives, who were eager to accept our invitation. It was a challenge, as we knew they would be in contact with all the other business schools at the conference. However, I strongly believed that it was worth the risk. The result was a big success as the companies felt very grateful for the experience, we managed to be together outside our daily professional environment, and have the opportunity to get to know each other much better and reinforce a personal connection. As a consequence our relationship has become much stronger. In short, it was a great experience that I strongly recommend and we will surely repeat in future editions.”

Luis Cardoso, Executive Education Director, Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, Universidade Catolica Portuguesa, Portugal
