Purpose – Describes how global firms manage organizational intelligence to gain strategic competitive advantage. Design/methodology/approach – Reviews challenges facing some various well-known brands in adapting to change by good corporate intelligence, and how some firms have achieved creation of this “intelligence alchemy”.
