Keywords Microtek Labs, Internet
Microtek Labs recently announced the launch of www.ultesting.com, an Internet Web site resource for its UL customers and those PWB and laminate manufacturers requiring UL testing services for purposes of materials recognition.
The site offers visitors all the facts they wiIl need in order to get through the UL recognition and testing process in an understandable and step-by-step approach. The addition of secure online payment transactions, or e-commerce, also expedites their customers' ability to get their materials testing program going.
According to Mike Shepherd, Microtek's general manager, "the e-commerce capability allows customers to pre-pay for services and/or downloadable artwork online to which we respond with same-day account service and consultation".
Microtek plans to expand its online resources to include automatic IPC-A-600 training registration payment and additional downloadable artwork for core business.
The new site can be seen at www.ultesting.com
