IMAPS Israel Chapter presents the Second International Symposium on Microelectronics and Packaging 15 June 2000. It will be held at the Dan Panorama Hotel, Tel Aviv, Israel.

Conference Program

Registration - 8:00-8:30Greetings - 8:30-9:00

Technical program

Two parallel sessions commencing at 9:00 a.m. until 12:00, with a half hour coffee break.

Lunch with keynote speaker, Mr Amir Elstein, General Manager of Intel, Israel.

Technical sessions will resume at 2:00 p.m. and continue until 4:00 p.m. with refreshments.

Twenty papers are planned for the event. Presenters will be top technology experts from all over the world.

Special award

IMAPS Israel will present a "Special Award" to Dr Felix Zandman, Chairman and CEO of Vishay Intertechnology and Mark Zandman, President of Vishay Israel.

Special activities planned

An international welcome reception on the evening of 14 June, 8-9:00 p.m. at the Dan Panorama Hotel.

All day tour of Jerusalem and its very unique sites.

Special tours to other points of interest in the Holy Land are available as well.

Spouse/guest tour (destinations will be determined upon request later).

Registration

The conference registration fee for Israelis is $150.

For IMAPS members outside Israel, $300. Non-members $350 USD. Registration fee includes proceedings, lunch, refreshments, and technical sessions.
