We are pleased to announce that Professor Yves Cherruault has accepted our invitation to become a member of the Editorial Advisory Board (EAB) of this journal. We are: most fortunate that Professor Cherruault, who is a distinguished researcher who specialises in mathematics applied to biology and medicine, is able to join the board at this particularly important period in the journal's development. The importance of a sound mathematical approach to our fields of endeavour has always been of prime concern to the EAB and to our peer-reviewers.
Dr Cherruault is a leading academic whose published works have pioneered developments in his fields of interest. A “Cyberprofile” of his contributions and his academic endeavours is published in this issue of Kybernetes.
We welcome Professor Cherruault to the Board and look forward to his participation in its activities and in achieving its goal of providing full coverage of developments in these important areas.
