Editorial

This year is the 25th Anniversary of the Journal of Property Investment & Finance. In the last 25 years, the journal has developed into the principal journal for academics and practitioners in real estate. It publishes papers of high academic calibre along side briefings and updates for the practicing professional.

One area where we have expanded in recent years is in the publication of special issues. This has proved to be popular with both the readership and authors, as it has allowed us to concentrate on topical and important themes.

In the next two years, we have a number of special issues planned under the editorship of recognised experts. These are:
