Tool firm transforms hotel into branded arena

A provider of tools and accessories to the motor trade turned a country hotel into a branded arena for its conference of 200 business delegates and tool-fair guests.

Mac Tools, with more than 120 franchisees and a head-office team, staged the event at hotel and training venue Whittlebury Hall, Towcester, Northamptonshire.

The main objectives of the national event were to:

  • train franchisees on new products and activities;

  • award top performers from the previous trading year; and

  • sell new products and promotions.

Mac Tools has a product line of more than 42,000 items, and uses the direct-sales approach with a mobile sales force of distributors.
