Iron and vitamin A

Abstract
Undernourished people of the world are rarely short of just one mineral and vitamin. They are usually short of several essential nutrients, and because of the inter‐dependence between dietary components, a deficiency of certain nutrients can affect the body's ability to absorb or utilise others. The relationship between iron and vitamin A is not widely appreciated.
